In October we host a Shincracker Farm Lamb Roast, slow-cooking one of our succulent grass-fed lambs over a carefully tended wood fire, attached to a steel frame - as they do it in Argentina - Lamb al Asador- Lamb on a Cross. Extended Shincracker Farm family members bring side dishes and we enjoy the most tender, mildest-tasting lamb available anywhere.
